These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sopami.vip and purchases from SOPAMI (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for maintaining the security of any account credentials. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Products and website information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device, and packaging or product details may change when the change does not materially reduce the product's intended function. Product availability is not guaranteed. Product-specific labels, instructions, warnings, and restrictions control over general website content.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment if an item is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment would violate law. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method. Promotional offers may have separate eligibility, timing, and quantity limits disclosed with the offer.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is US$5.99 for orders under US$35 and free for orders of US$35 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–7 days, but carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, or address issues may affect delivery. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 days after delivery. For returns not related to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions and the designated return address. 6. Product use and safety

Use products only as directed and follow all product-specific instructions, labels, and warnings. Test cleaning products on a small, inconspicuous area when appropriate, use only on materials identified as suitable for the product, and keep products away from children and pets unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise. Stop use and seek appropriate assistance if a product is damaged or causes an unexpected reaction.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to extract content in a manner that burdens the Services, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit false or misleading information, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The SOPAMI name, logos, product content, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other license is granted, and you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers support functions such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, fulfillment, and shipping. Third-party services and websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, but this does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law for providers acting on our behalf.

11. Disclaimers

Except for express warranties provided with a product and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Services and products are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. These disclaimers do not exclude statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOPAMI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products. For claims relating to a purchase, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, unless applicable law requires otherwise. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our legal rights, or when these Terms are materially violated. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date and will apply prospectively. Terms in effect when an order was accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and the store operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their state or place of residence. A dispute may be brought before any court that has lawful jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you are welcome to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked above and any terms presented with a specific offer, form the agreement governing the Services.
